53. In conversation with Deb Crowe on imperfect: The Heart-Centered Leadership podcast

This summer, I had the pleasure of joining Deb Crowe on her imperfect: The Heart-Centered Leadership podcast, where we talked about embracing imperfect leadership.

Deb Crowe is an award-winning coach, author, speaker, host, and professor. Her international best selling book, The Heart-Centered Leadership Playbook, is a powerful leadership guide that emphasizes the power of compassion, empathy, and authenticity.

During the podcast episode, we explored how heart-centered leadership has shaped my journey, from my early days as a first-time manager to becoming an entrepreneur across continents. Deb and I discussed the importance of leading with empathy and authenticity, especially in today’s global world. Whether in Nigeria or Canada, I’ve learned that leadership is about progress, not perfection. We also talked about the power of embracing imperfections and how they help us grow as leaders.

This conversation is a must-listen for anyone navigating leadership or entrepreneurship. Deb’s thoughtful questions brought out some great insights on resilience and leading with heart.

Thank you, Deb, for having me on, and I’m excited to hear you speak at the Middlesex Women’s Leadership Conference!
